Over the course of 2022 and 2023, I have had the grateful opportunity to direct and photograph Auntie Li's handmade kimchi goods! Auntie Li sells healthy ketogenic foods consisting of popular fermented dishes such as kimchi, sauerkraut, sour radish, and pickled cucumbers.
